High Aspect Ratio Acicular Wollastonite——————————————————

XF Series (Ultra-fine Acicular Wollastonite) is defined within the $D_{50}$ range of $12\mu m$ to $25\mu m$. While maintaining its acicular morphology, it offers a more uniform particle size distribution, superior dispersion, and enhanced surface fineness. It is ideal for high-solid coatings, thin-wall injection molding of engineering plastics, thixotropic reinforcement in adhesives/sealants, and stable friction performance in the surface layers of friction materials.
Note: Particle size equivalent conversions are for engineering reference only. Final results are subject to laser diffraction analysis and microscopic aspect ratio testing (COA provided with every batch).
For ultra-fine acicular wollastonite products, we offer customization for specific $D_{50}$/$D_{90}$ windows, designated surface treatments, or higher aspect ratios. Please contact us for custom formulations and sampling.
