Acicular Lumps 3CM/3-8CM
Acicular Wollastonite Lumps (CaSiO₃), as a natural calcium silicate mineral with a needle-like crystal structure, are widely used as premium raw materials for the production of high-performance acicular wollastonite powders due to their stable chemical composition, excellent acicular morphology, and good processing characteristics. Their natural acicular structure is beneficial for obtaining high aspect ratio wollastonite powders during further processing, making them suitable for applications in engineering plastics, rubber, wire & cable compounds, friction materials, coatings, and composite materials, where they contribute to reinforcement, heat resistance, dimensional stability, and improved processing performance.
Among them, the 3CM specification can be fed directly into grinding mills, with acicular purity reaching up to 98%.
