Step 1 | Stable & Controllable Raw Materials
We own our wollastonite mines. Ore from different deposits and pits is mined separately, stored independently, and strictly traced, ensuring consistent and controllable raw material quality from the source.
Step 2 | Intelligent Ore Sorting & Process Upgrade
We replace traditional manual sorting with a listed-company-level AI deep-learning intelligent ore sorting system.
Raw ore is first crushed to approximately 3 cm particle size, then undergoes full-process machine recognition and sorting for unmanned, standardized, and stable output.
Compared with traditional 38-block manual sorting, the 3 cm crushing size allows more thorough removal of internal impurities in acicular wollastonite, significantly improving purity and needle integrity, resulting in clear quality advantages.

All selected ores are independently stored and managed according to their pit source and needle structure type, laying the foundation for consistent and customizable products.

Equipped with our self-developed acicular wollastonite powder processing equipment, we can precisely tailor products to customer requirements in terms of particle size range, aspect ratio, and performance characteristics.
Fully Automated Process for Highly Stable Quality
Except for initial ore crushing and final automated bagging, all other stages are fully automated and continuous, avoiding human-induced variability and ensuring long-term consistency of product quality.
